All weblog submission functions are available in accordance with local law including the Children's Online Protection Privacy Act (COPPA) which restricts children under the age of 18 from registering.

Weblog Submission Obligations
Users are expected to provide accurate and complete information in the required fields of the registration form, and to be the de facto owners of the weblogs which they submit to The swingersblog.com of Blogs. Indemnity
